Title: Intensity lights
Post by: ignavi on May 25, 2016, 05:16:07 PM
I have a Loco Item N°60812 H0 GP30 Diesel Loco DCC with a Digitrax DCS 50 Zephir.

My question is: the lights, forward and reverse, are in a low intensity, how can I do to
put both in high intensity ? Thanks

Click Here  (http://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/images/44913_Decoder_IS.pdf) for decoder instructions.

Program both CV 51 and CV 52

Programming the Bachmann decoder factory installed in the locomotive
A 1000 Ohm, ¼ Watt resistor laid across the programming track is required for CV read and programming  a non-sound Bachmann (Lenz based) decoder used with a Digitrax Zephyr (DCS50) or Zephyr Xtra (DCS51).

Remove resistor after programming.

They should be default high intensity.Do a decoder reset. If not, there is a problem with the decoder, or the wiring connection to the lights .Contact the service department for warranty repair and or replacement.
