I have standard (no 4) remote turnouts. I have not powered them yet. When manually thrown to the curve position, the curved track section does not seat tightly against the straight track. This is causing derails when the train approaches the turnout to go into the curve. Is there a solution to this?
If it were mine, I'd take it back to where I bought it and point out that the product is defective.
