Just a reminder that there will be a Large Scale show and run at the San Antonio Garden Railroad on the grounds of the Texas Transportation Museum in San Antonio on May 5-6th. We will be running live steam, battery and electric trains on our 7 mainline tracks all weekend long. Hours are 10-5 both days. Bring you Big Hauler and run it on our big tracks. The event is in conjunction with the Museums Model T weekend show. We expect to have 30-40 Model t's giving rides plus all of the Museums regular attractions. The entire weekend is free and open to the public. More details at : www.txtransportationmuseum.org

Wanted everyone to know there will be lot's of Big Hauler and Spectrum action at the Texas Transportation Museum on May 5-6.
The Museum is holding it's Model T weekend with 30 -50 of these great old cars expected to show up and give rides. In conjunction with the Model T show, the resident San Antonio Garden Railroad Society is hosting an open house. We will be running a big variety of electrics, battery powered and live steam trains on our seven mainlines. Everyone is invited to bring your trains and run them on our outdoor mainlines. The event is being sponsored by our largest Ford dealer so admission is free. Of course all of the Museums regular exhibits will be avaliable; our HO/O and N scale layout, our collection of pre
WW11 cars, trucks and carriages and our 1:1 scale railroad (Footplate rides?). Don't forget that San Antonio is spectacular in early May and the  attractions (the Alamo, the riverwalk, the military museums and the missions are all waiting to be explored. Come one , come all!
