I've been trying to get the new dd40x in ho scale but nobody could find one. Do they still make it. Whats going on with it.

The dda40x is readily available, check other online retailers.

If you do not have any links to dealers, do a Google search for Bachmann ho dd40ax.
You will get links for the N scale version so watch out.
