here are my nominations:
conrail 9920 was an extremely rare (5 total) high hood rs3. it was the only one to be re-engined. note the emd switcher stacks.

penn central/ conrail 9950 was the first of the remotored rs3s, a prototype for the rebuilds that included the 9920 above. it lost its short hood in the rebuilding

Yep, pretty cool piece of machinery! Never knew it was a RDC 3, i thought it was a modified coach!
