Doneldon sorry for the lame post.... I am running bachman ez track. As for now I just wanted to have some type of track with some activity, and hunt's suggestion of a track is just what I would like to start with. I know sometime I can get type shy.... So once again I'm sorry for not giving you guys more info on what I was looking to do(very dumb on my part) . It's cool to see thou with limited info that you guys were able to give some very good suggestions. I will make sure from this point on to go into detail with my questions... Thanks again for all you guys help.

Lol what's funny guys is that I'm 35 an I have never had to shave ever. So let me see if I can get this right without sounding like a complete fool, I will cut the end off of a cell phone charger then connect it to the power strip from radio shack then the remote switches will have to wired into the strip as well then ill be able to remote switch the track if this is wrong please explain as if I'm 7 lol no offense will be taken.as you all you all can see I'm looking for a dummy way of doing the switches I was hoping for something like the ez commander with the push button that would have made my day

Thanks to both of you guys for the info, as I understand both points of view, JERRY  you have already taught me something .... If I'm correct I will need crossovers on the sections of my track that have the straight away an turnouts on other sections if we can exchange emails that would be easier for me to send you photos of what I want to do an what I have done so far so how can I send you my email address without posting it on the board thanks again guys I'm loving the place already

Hey Jerry thanks for the help, I was in my local hobby store today an the turn outs I will be using are for DCC. The layout that I will be going with I think I am going to have like 8 turnouts, I wish there was a way I could show you the pic to help you better understand, but I think you have an idea of what I am going to do, also am I going to be able to run them off the EZ commander or will I need another power source and if so what do you suggest ?
