Title: Did I do something wrong?

Over two months ago I sent my On30 Forney to the Bachmann repair department to replace some damaged parts. It was shipped in the original box.
I included my name, address, phone number and e-mail address. I have yet to receive an acknowledgment the engine was received or any contact from Bachmann. I did not think it necessary to send it "return receipt requested." But it was clearly addressed. What's going on?

Sometimes they are pretty busy. I don't believe they commonly send confirmation of
receipt. I suggest you call Bachmann service at 800-356-3910.

In the past olj, I have had luck emailing the Bachmann Service Department.
