Answered my own question. Behind the rim of the rear driver on each side is a screw holding the cab/boiler assembly to the chassis. You have to remove the driver retainer plate and move the rear driver down slightly to expose the head of each screw.

I am trying to remove the boiler and cab from the chassis to gain access to the wiring in the engine. I have removed the screw from the cylinder saddle that goes into the stack and the 4 screws (2 on each side) from the firebox. The chassis still seems to be connected to the bottom of the cab and I cannot find anymore screws to remove. What is holding the chassis to the bottom of the cab. Is it a pressure fit that has to be pried apart or am I just blind and can't see the connection point? The engine is the Rio Grand Southern with the rear driver directly under the cab. I do not know the vintage of the engine.

Does the Bachmann Speeder use LED's or bulbs for the cab light and the headlight? What voltage?
