Title: DCC sound

is the volume adjustable on any DCC sound..and if so will the dynamis controller do it

To my knowledge, all sound decoder have volume control. Read the decoder specs as the decoder manufactures show the CV's to adjust.
Some of the little older MRC decoders could not be lowered enough and some just junk the decoder or use a suitable resistor to reduce the volume.
The Dynamis can adjust the CV's. Just follow the manual.

Yes, volume is controlled by a CV that you can reprogram with the Dynamis.
