Sometimes containers get held up for inspection but that doesn't mean it won't get here before September  ;)

The skidder is unpainted black plastic - the top surface of the 20 foot flat car is brown.

Here's an early pre-production shot of the large scale skidder (unpainted) on the flat car . The crate is not shown.

Large Scale Thomas had his first "official" run during the NMRA convention. Here are a couple of pics....

What strikes (irritates?) me is the fact that good quality photographs from hobbyshops, distributors and the likes can be found on the web, but the manufacturer itself is not able to put a photo on its website.

maybe Bachmann should follow car manufacturers, movie makers etc who generally "build up" a hype via sneak previews, detail photographs etc.

We have posted images of the production versions of the 4-6-0 in the product database. These production samples were just received recently. We hesitate to post images of pre-production pieces since things can change during the manufacturing process. As the ship date gets closer we will post some detail images in the photo gallery.

Rick,

The new Dynamis components arrived in Philadelphia about a week ago and have been shipping to Bachmann retailers. They are now available.
Check out the featured products on the home page.

The Pro box simply attaches to your current system.

I see that the release date has been pushed out again.  This time until September.  This according to the 120pointme blogspot most recent post >:( >:( >:( >:(

This is incorrect. They should be here soon. They've been shipped from the factory and it shouldn't be too much longer until they arrive in Philadelphia.
