Title: A Polar Express Set in HO
Post by: MichaelKaczmarek20 on December 08, 2011, 04:15:56 PM
I feel that Bachmann should create a Polar Express in HO scale.
This would be easy to do as they already have the engine the Pere Marquette #1225 product code of 50901 all they would need to do is just a little re-lettering.  As for the passenger cars themselves, Bachmann used to have a spectrum series of cars that would work perfectly and here too is just a little re-lettering/painting.  Then if they could get soundtraxx to make a Polar Express Decoder.
If you think they should just agree by saying so.

I am sure that Bachmann would love to sell the Polar Express.  However Lionel has the license on production of the Polar Express.

I'm sure bachmann can work somthing out with lionel, some of the williams by bachmann O scale trains are based off older lionel products. I'm sure they can possibly receive permisson to make an HO scale set.

Had they struck while the iron was hot, it might have been a good idea.
Polar Express is yesterday's news now.
