I recently purchased a Bachmann Spectrum On30 Heisler - sound ready only with factory built in speaker. Does anyone know if I install the SoundTraxx 884008 TSU-21PNEM Tsunami 2 Sound Decoder, will it work?
The SoundTraxx 884008 TSU-21PNEM Tsunami 2 Sound Decoder will not work with the 21-Pin connector in the Heisler.
Replace the mobile decoder in the Heisler with a SoundTraxx 884007 TSU-2200 Stream-2 decoder.
You will also have to replace the installed speaker with a 2 Watt, 8-Ohm speaker of your choice. (28mm (1") Round Speaker SoundTraxx PN 810153) and add 1K resistor in each lighting circuit lead
