I have several n gauge bachman decoder equiped locos and am curious if i can change the cv codes for start-up and speed control with my dcc nce power cab? OR do i need tp put in a more compatible decoder.my understanding is i can program the bachman decoder other than standard forward-backward,lites on &off .here's hoping i can change the speed sequencing. ::)

Yes you can. If you go to parts and service click on DCC onboard it will show the cv's supported with the dual function decoder.
