The first WGH show of the new year is under way at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. I've seen many board regulars (Bob Rule was among the  first) and met many new friends. Attendance today was huge- estimated at over 20,000! The first 1,000 attendees each day get a free Plasticville built-up. There are scores of wonderful displays, most major manufacturers are here, and bargains are EVERYWHERE!
Drop by tomorrow and say "HI" if you're in the area.

Here are the first N Scale announcements:
Heavy Mountains with DCC Onboard, various new road names on freight cars, and F-7s in NYC lightning stripe colors. As with the other scales, we can expect further announcements as the year goes on.

Here are the first Thomas announcements of the year. As with other scales, there may be more down the road.
We will be releasing a conductor figure, Edward, Mavis,Salty, a mail car, Spencer's special coach, Henrietta, and a switch tower.

Dear All,
In addition to the new paint jobs on the PCCs mentioned below, we will also be adding sound to the three truck Shay, 2-6-6-2, 2-10-0, 4-6-0 and 4-4-0. Dcc will be added to all our turnouts, and there will be a wide array of new Scenescapes. There will be many new roadnames on our freight cars as well.
As with the other scales, delivery dates are TBA.
There will be more announcements as the year goes on.

The first announcements of the year are accessories: Separate sale resin logs, pulpwood loads, car lowering underframes in black and oxide (three in a pack), and two-packs of pilots with operating couplers for the mogul. Arrival TBA.

Dear All,
As mentioned here last week, some on-line retailers have jumped the gun on upcoming releases. I am now cleared to post that we will indeed be releasing several K-27 accessories, including the doghouse, snowplow, switcher pilot and road pilot. We will also have three packs of the couplers used on the new 1:20.3 cars, both straight and offset shank.
Arrivals are TBA, and there will be more Large Scale announcements later in the year. Who knows, maybe I'll even get to make them here!

OK, here's the final word on the flag issue. Bachmann US is the only one of four companies to use the blue flash page as a gateway. The flags were changed at the request of BACHMANN UK as they were getting too much communication intended for us.
That's it, plain and simple. Let's move on to trains.
