Title: Headlamp for Big Hauler
Post by: jimgerman1 on December 09, 2007, 10:41:09 PM
I have a "Bachmann Big Hauler".  Its called the "Gold Hill Express" and I purchased about 8 or 10 years ago I'm thinkin'.  The Item No. on the box says 90090.  Its a 4-6-0 locomotive.  The headlamp is inoperative.  When I set the train up for X-Mas this year, the light was working but then it went out.  Guess it died.

Can someone suggest where I may get a new one and most importantly, how do I replace it?

Also, where can I get some of the smoke liquid.

I'm the "set the train up for Christmas" guy and therefore not a great hobbiest so any help would be appreciated.

TIA

Jim

Dear Jim,
The service department can supply both bulbs and smoke fluid if there's no hobby shop near you. The headlight should pull straight up, revealing the bulb.
Have fun!

Dear Bachmann,

I read somewhere that you might be on holiday   :-X

But, it's nice to see you are here hard at work.    ;D
