What is your largest (longest) locomotive?  Are you likely to get a larger one?  If so, what would it be.  What is the actual physical length of the locomotive?

It's "Big Boy."  You have my sincere condolences, no matter which company's version you buy.
That aside, the only turntable you should consider is the Walther's 130' turntable.  You will have to adjust it to the height of the EZ-Track and transition to code 83 to match the track on the bridge.  If you will have a roundhouse, that track needs to be code 83, too.

I hope your layout will be large enough to handle the amount of space needed by the 130' walthers turntable as well as the area required by a roundhouse.

That is a lot of HO real estate you will be dedicating to your yard area.
