Dear TF,
They're about a foot long; long enough for a piece of 9" straight and a bumper.
I'll ask for a measurement.
Have fun!

Great question, but is the kit going to come with all the track or does it need to be purchased seperatly

the turntable, I'm guessing, is the same length as the stalls. For the doors, that's something you'd have to look into.

If a straight piece is 9" long inside a stall, Gordon, Spencer, and Henry are out of a place to rest...

Dear All,
I'm told that the platforms are long enough  for a large engine and long coach.
Anticipate!

OK I don't know if this has been thought of, but is it possible to place a section of track between the stalls and the round table to make it look more like the roundhouse in the series. Can you adapt the kit do do this.

Not sure what you said, but there are add-on stalls to be for sale.

look at the Bachmann picture of their Tidmouth shed then look at the Tidmouth shed in the Series there are lengths of track between the shed itself and the round house, where the engines can come out and sit outside
I was just curious if is possible to do the same with the kit

Wow, that is alot of space.  I was hoping for at least enough room for the large engines plus their tenders.  So that's good!  I do wish we had detailed demensions though as I'd like to know if it will fit into my layout I'm planning.
