Title: Leading Tender Truck
Post by: Spencer on April 13, 2014, 04:18:17 PM
I have a Spectrum DCC and Sound , Baldwin 2-8-0 consolidation with medium tender #84509 , the leading tender truck does not want to keep sitting squarely on the rails , possibly the DCC wiring harness is lifting the front of the tender , or there is not enough weight in the tender ...any ideas guys ?

Add weight and adjust the wiring carefully.

Exactly.  Also, the wires will loosen up a bit over a short period of time.  So, it will start to track better as you run it.  I also split the wires with the drawbar, if you get my meaning, so there are wires on either side.
