Title: G scale ET & WNC Spectrum 2-6-0 mogul Does it come with sound?

Does the Spectrum ET & WNC 2-6-0 Mogul Come with a sound unit? or do I need to Install one?

You will have to install one. Phoenix and Soundtraxx have samples on their respective sites.

If it says DCC Equiped, then yes.

That's incorrect. If it says 'DCC-equipped' it is just that-equipped with a DCC decoder. It does not have a sound decoder and speaker, which are different things altogether. It it did have those, it would say so.

Tim is correct: DCC Onboard indicates a decoser, cot a sound decoder.
