I tried to send a private message today and I got an error message saying my text didn't match the picture. There WAS NO picture. The Turing test never appeared. This is different from last week when I tried this; there were a dozen different instances of the Turing test. I didn't bother.

Just wondering if I'm the only one. If this topic has been covered (ad museum) please excuse me.

Yes, Jake. That is correct. I was thinking of the 1 Amp large scale unit. I own both and you're absolutely right.

In the event that your neighbor has a power pack without any accessory terminals (I suspect this to be the case or you wouldn't have any problems) he will need to acquire one that does, or one that is made strictly for accessories and not track power. Does the set come with one of these?

They don't have accessory terminals.

I don't think an SW3 would have much use for a caboose, but I could be wrong.

My most recent purchases were a trio of Stewart F3's with Kato drives and four Proto F3's.

Go to Harold Minkwitz's site. His clinics are very helpful. http://www.pacificcoastairlinerr.com/

On Bachmann cars I file off the hub where the screw installs, then install Athearn trucks and a suitable machine screw. Kadee sells draft gear boxes and those are what I use on cars that came with talgo trucks.
