Are Bachmann Turn Outs DCC friendly?
I would like to do a little research and give a better direct answer, but try:

O.K. I'm still new at all this.
So I actually sat down and watched the DVD that came with the Bachmann E-Z Command System. It does make it clear that bachmann turnouts work with the E-Z Command System.
