HO / Bachmann HO Dynamis Turnouts
February 27, 2012, 11:29:57 AM
Why does my system's turnouts forget their programmed settings whenever I program a new loco? What am I doing wrong?

HO / Switches (turnouts)
November 08, 2011, 12:18:33 PM
Whenever I program a new loco on my Dynamis DCC system the system
'forgets" the previously programmed switches(turnouts). Then if I reprogram all of the switches everything is fine. None of the previous loco programs are affected. Is this just the way it works or am I doing something wrong? I also note that when I press the numerical keys ( on the left of the panel of the Dynamis controller), the screen disply never just shows up as 0001, but as something like 0041 and I have to toggle thru w 0's to get to 0001 and activate that switch.??????? Am I doing something wrong, or has my Dyamis system been invaded by an alien or is this just the way the system works. Otherwise everthng is fine.

HO / "Wire Glue"

Anyone have any information re: "Wire Glue"? I'm thinking of using it on track joint joiners for continuity instead of soldering ALL of those joints.

HO / DCC Wye
August 15, 2011, 12:04:54 PM
Am I correct in assuming that the isolated tail section of a DCC Wye that has an auto reverse module should NOT be connected back to a mainline track and simply terminate in a dead end?

HO / Connections for Dynamis and 5 amp Booster

I cannot find any specific directions for the exact hookup between the Dynamis and the 5 amp booster. Pls specify exact connections from start to finish.

HO / Dynamis connection
July 12, 2011, 10:31:10 AM
On the Dynamis Command Station, can I use both of the output connectors at the same time for connections to the track or must I use only one or the other? In other words, are they both 'hot' at the same time or does using one 'kill' the other?

HO / electrification of WYE
June 06, 2011, 04:15:12 PM
to use a WYE for reversal of locomotive in DCC, EZ track, should this setup require a reverse loop module on each leg of the WYE? I have the main line horizontal, then have two turnouts (L & R) going up to the two curved legs of the WYE, then the straight leg going striaght up the length of a full train. After going thru the right turnout & then up the right leg of the WYE & straight up the full length of the train , I then reverse the train down the left leg of the WYE thru the left turnout to the mainline. Now the train is reversed.
