Are EZ Track switches SPDT or DPDT?

Three conductors indicates single pole, double throw.

But it is more important to know that they are "Momentary" switches.

A regular SPDT won't work..... It has to be a "Momentary" SPDT.

2 momentary push buttons will also work. (one for each direction)

How would I wire those up (both the SPDT and the two SPST)?
