Post by: JFABBEYROAD on December 29, 2013, 11:53:38 AM
I have a on30 shay that is too loud and I got a answer  as to lower the volume with with cv changes.  I need a step by step guide on how to do this?  Anyone with help would be greatly appreciated. Joe

Download this file from Soundtraxx for future reference.....

Then have a look at changing CV 128. Follow the directions from your DCC system to change the CV values.

Joe,
If you have a Bachmann E-Z Command Control Center - it is not capable of changing the CVs that control sound volume.
