Title: Small question about Excursion Cars Bach-Man
Post by: BaltoOhioRRfan on July 17, 2008, 08:15:51 PM
Do the seat backs flip? it sure looks like they can except on the two end benches)

Also in the announcemnts you state a green & black car, but the item number under the photos in the thing show a green and red...is that just a typo(I'd really pefer the green & Red)

I downloaded the photo and expanded it X4 and I see supports for the back. It does not look like the seats flip. Just my opinion.

Disneyland in CA. has two different typs of excursion cars, one with the seats running sideways and the other with the seats pointed forward. As far as I can tell this car is a dead on copy of the forward seat excursion car. One vendor at the NMRA Convention that has ties to Disneyland said that a Disneyland set will be out sometime in 2009 in both N & HO.

Anybody care to kit-bash one of these into the Strasburg Rail Road's "Hello, Dolly"?  ;D
