Page 22 in your ECOS 50200 explains how to setup a turnout.

It explains it if it is a wired device but not if its a dcc decoder turnout

Think of it as a wired device that's wired through the rails.

so i really appreciate the help and am not trying to be difficult so with the ecos 50200 the wired turnout get connected to a device by ecos which then connects to the ecos 50200 one person mentioned to treat it as a train that i plan to try but not sure if it will work but then you lose the ability on ecos to control it as a switch under there switch menu

The Bachmann DCC turnouts are not "decoder ready", they are "decoder equipped" connected to a solenoid type switch mechanism.
