Can I run my traffic signal lights on a just plug light hub?

Short answer: No.

You may be able to do something with the NCE "Illuminator" if you're using DCC:

Or you might be able to use the Walthers traffic light controller:

If you solder, a little searching on the web will also find a number of circuits you can build yourself.

I should have guessed.

If you can do your own, this guy has a lot of stuff. I have bought from him some years ago and his circuits work. I use to love working at this level.

What type of traffic lights? You would think Woodland Scenics would also do traffic signals for their Just Plug system but they don't yet.
They have a sequencing hub but it wouldn't cycle individual lights in one unit like red, green, and yellow.
