Title: EZ Controller Overheating
Post by: Trainmaster247 on January 28, 2016, 10:30:14 AM
I have two controllers both of which this happened to they work fine in one direction but the other they overheat and have less of the output. Does anyone know what the cause of this was and if it is common? I don't think I will replace them but want to know who's end the problem was caused on. Thanks for any help.

how many locomotives were you running on them? ez command has a low current output, and it is easy to overload them.

It was just the basic DC I think it was two small ones at most for a very short time but the weird thing was it was not the same direction (and only one direction) on two controllers bought around the same time.
