Loco name: ANAKA
Railroad: LK&PRR
Bachmann Indie prototype modified with:
- Radeley Hunter stack
- four window 4-4-0 style style flat panel roof cab
- steam and sand domes red lids
- steam dome riser brass wrapper
- steam chest brass wrapper
- steam cylinder brass wrapper
- oil burning red headlamp
- link and pin red cowcatcher
- steam cylinder red end caps
- steam chest red lids
- "wood" colour cab
- green loco boiler wrapper
- brass boiler bands
- green tender
- green air tank mounted at tender rear
- red locomotive wheels
- red tender trucks
- smaller bell than on present Bachmann Indie
This You Tube video illustrates that the steam generator was moved to just aft of the headlamp to make room for the 4-4-0 style cab

The updated four window 4-4-0 style style flat panel roof cab definitely is too long.
The steam generator should not have been moved.
I like the air tank mounted at the tender rear.
The green tender and the green Russia Iron boiler wrapper are very nice.

In summary:

The green tender and the green Russia Iron boiler wrapper are very nice.
The Bachmann Indie bell is far too large.
I don't like the dual sand domes, but this is how all of these similar sugar cane locomotives seamed to have been equipped.
Mr. Bachmann, will you produce a Western Indie similar to this sugar cane train with the brass details, green paint and red paint?
Thank you
Norman
Dear Mr Bachmann:
Is there a Western theme version of the Indie in the future as per your previous 2-4-2 Columbia release:
http://www.girr.org/girr/tips/tips4/columbia_tips.html
The wine red paint, oil headlamps ( front and tender rear ), black smokebox with silver front and the diamond stack looked great.
