Power Pack and Speed Controller
I see Bachmann has changed the design of the Speed Controller
New

Old

Image is just the Speed Controller. The power pack is not shown.
Looks like the Power Pack and new design Speed Controller is being shipped in a box with the old graphics.

And anyone should care about this because....... ??? ::)
Ebay returns: Item not as described. :P
What do you want to bet the performance is the same between the one pictured on the box and the one that comes in the box ::) Wanna also bet the guts of each are identical?

You asked why any of us should care, I'd care if I sold one of these in a box with unchanged graphics and the buyer got picky about it.
I could be mistaken, but I got the impression
Hunt's point was that is was
Bachmann, not third parties, selling the "newly" designed ones in the "old" design boxes.

Why would you do that in the first place?
More importantly, did you miss my above comments about function? Do you really think someone would have a (legitimate) beef over whether it had a swirl or numbers around the dial? ::) Forget picky, that's insane, for what this thing is and the function it serves.
