We need a little more detail. How is your track configured,do you have any reverse loops ,is your controller beeping and blinking really fast (shorted ). Are they DCC with the decoder or do you control them with switches. If you can post a picture of your layout it would help.

Hi i just bought left and right turn Bachmann HO Scale # 6 Crossover and  i am trying to have my 2 perpetrate tracks together but now i cant power my lay out. I have a dcc remote. If you have DCC switches you can set up addresses for the stationary decorders in the switch.  Perhaps someone here can elaborate further, as I still use analog switching.
