HO / new locomotive

Hey Bachmann. The other day I was looking at some pictures and I saw a emd gp40 high hood. Owned by the Norfolk Southern. When I saw that I looked online to see if any companies manufactured that unit and saw none. So I was wondering if y'all might be able to make this unit. I understand that y'all produce the emd gp50 high hood, but I was wanting to know if a gp40 version would be possible from y'all.

And what happened was all the functions for it got rearranged and messed up. I am currently using a nce power cab to run this loco. Usually when I would apply power the sound of the engine would come out at the same time now it doesn't. Please help me. I a completely confused on what to do.
