Finally got hold of WBB parts and service and they are sending me a motor and truck assembly.  Hopefully, this will fix the problem.

Purchased new F-3 and the front truck won't run.  The motor will not spin unless it is disconnected from the truck then it runs fine.  My O guage repairman and I have contacted Customer Service with no response.  What do I do.  Please help.

Thanks 3 Rail for you interest and reply.  I fully understand the cost element but do appreciate some changes you have made like adding the second motor to the Goldem Memories Alco units, which allows for series wiring.  After having said that I support and hope you can make the simple solution for putting series wiring in your dual motored locomotives.
Thanks agains for a great product.

I have read a couple of postings within the last couple of months on various O gauge forums where operators have had the pickup rollers on Williams diesels short out on UCS/operating (RCS) sections.   One poster said he was having this problen on Lionel Fastrack sections, which I do not intend to use, while the other just said it was a modern track.  I intend to use the old fashioned Lionel tube track and operating section and wondered what type of switches, operating sections etc, that Bachman uses to test their trains.  I am hoping for no compatialbility problems as I will be runing almost entirely Williams engines.
Thanks

The RI Alcos have arrived and look great.   I will test run them next week but fully expect them to perform like other Williams by Bachmann locos and that is flawlessly.   Thanks

Any word on if these arrived in the large shipment of Bachmann trains that just arrived a few days ago in the USA.  Thanks for any information.
