In order to solve an issue I need to know when Bachmann droped the Bachmann Plus Line, specially the GS$ 4-8-4 product code 11302.

As I recall, it was in the late 90's when we consolidated the locos into Spectrum and Standard. The current Standard 4-8-4s are far superior to the older Plus odels.
