Title: DCC FT-A Only runs in reverse

I have a Bachmann DCC FT-A that suddenly will only run in reverse. I tried to reset the decoder but it still only runs in reverse. What could be the problem? Also, how do I open it, in case I need to change the decoder? Bill in Texas
