Where can I get car repaired and where can I buy a new one
You will have to repair the car yourself. I don't know of any shops that repair those cars. If it's just the couplers, the parts dept occasionally carries the couplers for sale.
Bachmann hasn't sold the cars separately for years... only sets, which are always seem to be readily available at every train show I attend. I see the individual cars available, quite regularly, on ebay, craigslist, Amazon and the like... usually used.
