Title: Wiring
Post by: Johnny on November 28, 2007, 11:55:06 AM
Can anyone please tell me if there is any special wiring involved in using the EZ Track wye or crossover (not the 30, 45, or90 degree ones) but the ones connecting two parallel straight lengths of track.

I am planning to set up a XMAS display for the children and don't want to run into a problem on XMAS Eve. Thanks.

If I understand you correctly, you want to go from dual track to single track, using a wye turnout.  If that be the case, no, there is no special wiring needed, unless you are trying to run one train going one way while another is going the other - in which case you need to block the tracks.
