I assume Edward would be likely.  Add some cattle trucks and a brakevan and you have a set!

I think that set is discontinued.  Since most of the Bachmann sets use the 4-6-0, look up the exploded parts diagram of the LS 4-6-0 on this website.

Another Set idea:

Flying Kipper: Contains Henry and his tender, 4 to 5 Fish Vans (similar in design to Branchline-OO product 38-191A), Brake Van, 18-inch Radius Circle/Oval layout with switches and power pack.

Idea for a set:

Edward's Cattle Train:  Contains Edward and his tender, 4 to 5 cattle trucks, a brake van, 18" radius oval/circle EZ-track layout, power pack, bluebell and calf figures (optional).

I believe Aristo-Craft has some spare smoke units available in their catalogue.  At the drop-down box at the lower left of the screen, select "Replacement parts."  They are fan-drive.

You all have a point---

If the twins were sold together, and one twin broke down, you'd have to buy a duplicate of the other (non-broken) twin as well.

Maybe Bachmann can sell the twins BOTH together and separately...wait, that'd be too expensive...would it?

Maybe they could sell Donald and Douglas together?  Just a thought.

Percy COULD be an SW1500, but what about Duck?  What would he be?

To make expressions, you need still-shots of the faces from the episodes, and use that as a reference for sculpting the face for your engine.  I cannot guarantee accuracy, though, it depends on your sculpting skill.
