Thought some here might enjoy my look at E-R Models/Roco's HO-scale diesels and the few diesels announced but never produced.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for the link. Interesting indeed if what was mentioned awhile back is true at least we now have some idea of where the molds might be coming from.
From what I can see from examining the shells (dummy of course) that I have it would not take much work to really bring them up to a decent standard.
The question is simply, standard or Spectrum ?

I bought the Baldwin shark nose in both NYC and D&H paint schemes. Added Lenz Back EMF decoders. These are some of the smoothest, quietest and fastest loco's I have. I'm glad I snapped them up. Didn't know that they were out of buisness. Check them out on ebay.
