Can you post an accurate measurement of the diameter of the original brushes and an estimate of their length?  I keep a small supply of brushes on hand and can usually turn down an oversize one to fit.  But with no idea of the size you need, there is no use me even looking.

Sounds like a job for the Supermen of Bachmann Repair Service ... a.k.a. the Wizards of Philadelphia. Probably worth giving them a call.

Is there a possibility that users of The Bach Man's Board can somehow get a link to the Repair Service?

I have an old one also. It got crossed up on a switch over a few years back and hasn't worked since.

I opened it up the other day and found my brushes were shot.

Unfortunately, it appears Bachmann has "re-worked" the De Witt Clinton and the parts arent the same any more.
