Jack,
Please accept this invitation to bring Bachmann to the Southeast Garden Railroad Show in Dalton, GA, April 30-May 1. Please note in a post 'Southeast Garden Railroad Show' on this forum that Mr. Bachmann said he would be glad to attend if the boss sent him, so y'all come, ya'hear! Bachmann should be represented at the show, because we have a lot of Bachmann trains in our homes.

Large / New G-Scale Products?
February 14, 2010, 01:28:55 PM
Bachmann,
Any word on anything new (other than the Thomas products announced on another thread) from the Toyshow for G-scale? How about an 'Annie' in Black with the 'Flying Grande' herald? Green D&RGW passenger cars? Maybe even a 2-8-0 'Annie'. Give us old 1:22 guys something new!
Happy Rails To You,
Ted

Large / All Aboard for the SEGRS Banquet!!!!
March 26, 2009, 08:24:27 PM
The buffet-style banquet will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 1 in the two rooms used during the day for workshops. These will be combined into a single room for the banquet. The menu is herb-roasted chicken, roast
beef with au jus, salad, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and butter, peach cobbler, and tea and coffee. Donald Nute will give the banquet talk on "Surviving Steam in the United States." This will be a survey of steam
locomotives in museums, at tourist railroads, and in front of country stores or beside old depots across the U.S. We also plan on giving away a nice
selection of door prizes at the banquet. Tickets are $25 and can be ordered from Frances Tidd/SEGRS Tickets, 3540 Cove Creek Court, Cumming, GA, 30040. Be sure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your order. TICKET ORDERS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY APRIL 6 IN ORDER TO NOTIFY CATERER OF BANQUET NUMBERS.
