You can not upload from this site. You need an outsource such as photobucket.
Do a search on photobucket and you will find how to do it.

Jerry Ok sorry I usually do self hosting so I can upload to this site have the software to do this myself but the file I was trying to upload was to large to be fully loaded so it will not allow me to do anything, says ERROR CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR FROM THIS SITE?
To post a picture in this forum it has to reside (stored) in a URL registered site. Most people are uploading to Photo Bucket http://photobucket.com/
