hi all,
is there an On3o only magazine or site?
thanks, willis.
Dear Willis,
How about an Annual?

Hope this helps.
Sincerely,

thanks Joe;
i was googling around yesterday and found that annual.
i was hoping to find a monthly or bi-monthly magazine for On3o, or another forum. :-\
this forum is great but i (like the robot said) need MORE INPUT. ;D
willis.
Willis,
I recommend this forum.

Although the forum has all scales, the On30 group is one of the most active that I belong to. The members have done just about any project you can imagine in On30 and offer some of the most friendly advice around.
The On30 archives on the forum are also some of the best references.
Also, no quibbling and sniping like you hear about on a lot of other forums.
Dave Mason
Dave,
thanks, i will check them out.
willis.
There is monthly magazin on On30. Maybe best meeting your expectations would be "Narrow Gauge & Shortline Gazette" and, if you are not intimidated by the French language, "Voie Libre". Both are great magazins coverings lots of American products and layouts in On30 and On3.

I would second that suggestion on the "NG&SL Gazette", because the last issue had a fantastic article on the "Never Done & Always Changing" On30 layout.
Another magazine that I subscribe to is "Light Iron Digest", and of course the "On30 Annual". I have every issue of the On30 Annual and recommmend it to every On30 modeler.
Good luck and enjoy On30!
I got my On30 Annual yesterday and all I can say is WOW.
I've read and have every one but this issue is as good or better than last years.
I'll be spendin' some time readin' it over as this is the only print magazine I get.
Narrow Gauge and Shortline Gazette - as my other pals have already recommended...
It´s not all On30 in there, but it´s the best-ever Model Railroad Magazine especially for us Narrow Gaugers... I did never regret for a second having ordered it; I even bought older issues at Ebay so I got 1990-today complete...
They do a wonderful job, inspiring and accurate drawings in here. Older issues have the same high value for modelling, so if you can grab some at Ebay or a swapmeet - here is your chance... It´s not all Colorado Narrow Gauge in here (even if I personally wished... :) :) :)) and there´s a high-class source of information. Enjoy!
Cheers, Tom ;) ;) ;)
Try this! ;D

I have two of these magazines that I have worn them reading them, this is a very fine magazine.
Royce
thanks so much guy's.
i'll check them all out.
willis.
I just received my On30 annual. Great articles. I especially liked the article in which the auther took a Bachmann SRRL caboose and made it a duck bill roofed mail car. There is also an article converting an HO heisler to On30.
As for the Gazette, I've been reading it since its first issue. One littler correction - it is published six times a year, not monthly.
