This thread may have the information you need.

Tip: The search feature is very handy, in this case I set the search to "Reverse loop module amps".  This resulted in several threads, this one seemed to have a more in depth discussion.

I am setting up an DCC N scale layout, is it possible to use the R. L. module to control more than one reverse loop?

Yes it is, just don't run more than one train through the loops at any given time.

While it's possible, I wouldn't really recommend it. Try to use one module per loop, it makes for so many less headaches in the future.
