Thanks, Mr. B.  But are we talking about the same loco?  The On30 Davenport with DCC has been on the market for several years.

I have used an On30 train set with EZ-track for years on a hard wood board.  It runs well, but with a lot of noise.  Can I put the EZ-track on homasote (homabed) or Woodled Scenics roadbed?  OR should I use a different track for that?
