Title: DCC conversion of older GP30's
Post by: McCullough on November 10, 2009, 10:30:19 AM
I have some older (10+yrs)Spectrum GP30's. I would like to convert them to DCC.  When I opened one up I was unable to figure out how this conversion could be done. This of course is my first venture into DCC conversion and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with this venture. Can you PLEASE provide some guidance on how this conversion should be done and with which decoders.

The construction of the earlier GP30's was not a whole lot different than the construction of the pre-decoder Baby Trainmaster.  Click on the link below and have a look at the article.  If you have more questions, ask away.
