I've noticed that when you ordder N scale parts there is a vast majority of parts to look at and I find that very useful especially considering u can buy and chassis without buying the actual whole tender, however it would be such a convenience if the HO section had that kind of selection. :(
I have orderd new DCC connectors with the wires and a new shell for a HO 70 ton Spectrum with no problem.

If you call the parts department you can order a lot of parts not listed on line, provided that they are in stock.
so for instance if I wanted to purchase a decapod chassis?

Call up the service department and ask for a price, but personally I would just buy another loco because for probably $10-$20 more you can get a new loco.
