Title: Loco Hanging Up
Post by: Red Ryder Biker on February 20, 2010, 10:34:13 PM
I have a Bachman locomotive that runs well, BUT (there's always a but... ) the electrical wire from the tender to the locomotive is too long and hangs up on crossings and switch points.  Is there a permanent fix?  I have heard others have had a similar problem, but no one has mentioned this forum.  So if this has been covered in the past I apologize for getting her late, but I sure would be appreciative if someone could help.  thanx.

Dear Bob,
Open the tender and pull in the wires until you get the length you need.
Have fun!

Hey, Bach Man,

Thanx.  Will give it a try.  Is there a secret to opening the tender?
