Title: what is required to install a tsu-1000 in a 2-8-4 loco

I am attempting to install a Tsunami sound decoder in a bachmann Berkshire loco,sound is OK but it won't run :P anyone have a clue?

Follow the instructions in you DCC controller manual and the Tsunami manual. The proper way to install and use the decoder is very clear. It has worked for me with all the installs I have done.

Thanks Rich,I'll do just that.I haven't had the problem in the past it might be my error.

You have not said which controller you are using. "It won't run" does not tell us much.

Sorry for the oversight I have two systems on seperate layouts,a NCE pro cab for HO scale and Digitrax Chief  n scale and can't get it to run with either one.I have noticed after close examination there is a trouble code on the decoder after I research the trouble light I'll get back with you.
