Is the engine DCC Ready? And does it have an operating smoke unit?

Bachmann made two different sets called The Lumberjack.  The latest is 90071 with the Dvenport loco, The earlier set is 90017 with the 0-4-0T .

The correct answer will depend on the set you actually have.
